  • We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

 4. Orders and Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

  • We aim to dispatch products within 2–5 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary based on location or courier service.

  • In case of delays or stock issues, we will inform you promptly.

MakMad Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by courier or external logistics services.

 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept opened or used returns.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof of issue.
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
