We take great pride in handcrafting every fragrance with care and attention to detail.

Since our products are personal and consumable, we have a transparent and fair Refund & Return Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 1. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of perfume and attar products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed — for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns are accepted in the following cases:
✅ You received a damaged or leaking product.
✅ You received a wrong item or wrong quantity.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 2. Replacement or Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement of the same product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method, depending on stock availability and situation.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

 3. Conditions for Return

For your return or refund to be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

MakMad Perfumes reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that doesn’t meet these conditions.

 4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
We’ll investigate and provide a suitable replacement or refund promptly.

Please note: Minor variations in fragrance strength, packaging color, or bottle design are not considered defects, as our attars are handcrafted in small batches.

 5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes/attars

  • Customized or sample-size products

  • Gift cards or promotional offers

  7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
