 1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message after placing your order.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking details via SMS or email.

Note: During peak festive seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may apply depending on location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.

 

 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and link via email or SMS

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or from our order tracking page.

 5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
MakMad Perfumes will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

If you need to make changes to your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to info@makmad.in with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

 7. International Shipping

Currently, MakMad Perfumes ships only within India.
We are working to expand our international shipping soon — stay connected for updates!

While we strive to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or transport strikes

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Public holidays or lockdown restrictions
